Noor Safety Consultation in Abu Dhabi seeks an Assistant Accountant to join the finance team. You will maintain records, process invoices, and support monthly closings while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting/finance and at least 2 years of related experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years in an assistant accountant or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accounting records and financial transactions.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare payment vouchers and support payroll processing.
• Maintain petty cash records and expense reports.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Assist with VAT documentation and financial reporting.
