Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Windows applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to effectively interact with a multi-cultural workforce at all levels.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently on tasks, following guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving supplier invoices and entering them into JDE.
  • Checking the coding of all invoices, including overheads.
  • Performing supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Resolving queries related to invoices and reports.
  • Monitoring and resolving integrity reports.
  • Maintaining the daily filing of accounting papers.
  • Preparing adhoc reports and analysis.
  • Managing petty cash control and transactions.
  • Processing and paying pension contributions monthly.
