  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports by gathering and organizing data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable by verifying invoices, issuing payments, and maintaining records of transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by compiling relevant financial data and updating budget spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger by entering journal entries and ensuring all accounts are balanced.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Assist with payroll processing by collecting employee timesheets and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Prepare tax documentation and assist in audits by providing necessary financial records and reports to auditors.
  • Implement and maintain effective filing systems for financial documents, making retrieval easy and efficient.
  • Support the finance team in various administrative tasks, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, showcasing practical knowledge and skills.
