As an Accounts Assistant (Arabic Speaking), you will be responsible for providing support to the finance department and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining financial records in Arabic, communicating with our Arab-speaking clients, and assisting with general administrative tasks within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing and recording financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner using Arabic language
Communicating with our Arab-speaking clients to answer inquiries and provide necessary information
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment collections
Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry in compliance with company policies and procedures
Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Preparing financial reports in Arabic language for management review
Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as filing and organizing financial documents
Qualifications:
Fluent in both Arabic and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong team player with the ability to work independently
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
