Role: Accounts Assistant
Experience: Minimum 3 years Maximum 5 years (not beyond 5 years)
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, M.Com, CA Inter
Location: Dubai (Work from Office)
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum of 10 days' notice preferred
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger management and financial reporting.
Maintain and reconcile financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Work with ERP systems and Tally for accurate bookkeeping and transaction processing.
Prepare GST/VAT returns, invoices, and other tax-related documents.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for manufacturing operations.
Ensure smooth coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
Maintain records of inventory, purchase orders, and other manufacturing-related financial data.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in ERP & Tally
Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis)
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards & Tax Compliance
Experience in Manufacturing Accounting
Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities
