Key accountabilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Prepare, process, and reconcile invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow tracking
  • Help maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial documentation

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local VAT and financial regulations (advantageous)
