  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Maintain organized financial filing systems, both digitally and physically, for efficient data management.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding account discrepancies and payment inquiries with professionalism.
  • Utilize accounting software to enter data and generate reports, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Help in budget tracking and forecasting, providing insights to assist in financial planning.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and best practices to enhance compliance and operational integrity.
