We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts and Logistics Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support both accounting and logistics operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records and smooth handling of goods and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with VAT filing and support during internal and external audits.
• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Assist in managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Utilize accounting software to enter data, process transactions, and generate financial statements with precision and efficiency.
• Support the logistics team in tracking shipments and managing delivery schedules, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfilment.
• Prepare delivery notes, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouse staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock counts and inventory control.
• Maintain organized records for all logistics and warehouse operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts and logistics roles.
• Proficiency in accounting TALLY ERP software MS OFFICE.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and logistics metrics for informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and logistics documentation.
