We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Accounts and Finance Executive to join our clients team. As an Accounts and Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and supporting our strategic financial objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive financial records, preparing budgets, and analyzing financial data to provide insightful recommendations to management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure their accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments.
• Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and track variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls over financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Inter CA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, CMA.
• 10 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
