Job Description: Administrative & Financial Assistant [Finance Assistance] - Preparation of financial management reports (monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual) as requested by headquarters - Liaising with legal, accounting, and PRO firms, as well as internal and external auditors [Administration – including PRO Service Duties] Carry out practical support tasks that handle the company’s licensing, visa issuance, government communications, and administrative matters related to banking, taxation, and labor, ensuring that all external official procedures are conducted smoothly and accurately. - Company Incorporation and Licensing Procedures - Visa and Immigration Services - Insurance, Labor, and Tax Administration - Banking, Corporate, and External Agency Coordination etc. - HR hiring staff and covering payroll - Handling full scope of general administrative duties
