Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Accounting & Treasury Manager located in Ras Al Khaimah. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all core accounting functions and all Financial reporting at SBU and Group levels,
• Manage VAT and income tax compliances in line with the tax regulations.
• Cash flow management, treasury operations, and maintain effective relationships with banking partners.
• Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
• Lead coordination of annual external audits (both statutory and group-reporting)
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial expectations with business goals and performance.
• Continuously review and enhance accounting processes, automation , system implementations and improvements.
• Lead and mentor, the finance team, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications, Skills and experience

• Masters Degree in Finance with CA/CMA/CPA/ACCA certification
• Strong business and finance acumen with IFRS expertise
• Treasury operations experience
• Proficiency in SAP and core accounting tools. HFM/Oracle experience is a plus
• Meticulous and dynamic with a strong track record of delivering accurate, insightful analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 6 years experience in a medium scale manufacturing or process environment
• UAE based candidates preferred as this is an immediate role
