Role Overview

Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Systems Specialist with strong expertise in financial management and advanced proficiency in CRM and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leveraging enterprise tools to streamline reporting and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and payroll.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Utilize ERP/CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP Business One, SAP Ariba, Zoho Books) for accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, HR, operations) to align financial data with business performance.
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, ideally in oil & gas, EPC, or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems, including Oracle, Salesforce, SAP Business One, SAP Ariba, and Zoho Books.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with project-based accounting in engineering or service industries.
• Familiarity with VAT, tax filing, and financial compliance in UAE.
