Job description
  • The Accounting Generalist is responsible for handling the tasks based on the Capgemini Business Process Outsource (BPO) module of shared services.
  • Handle Income Audit section, Accounts Payable section and Payroll.
  • Train operations on standard accounting practices as needed.
  • To be able to work in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.
  • The Accounting office structure may vary, and responsibilities need to be adapted as required.
  • Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed (Account Receivable, General Cashier etc.)

What You Bring
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within Finance Department in a luxury brand
  • At least 1 year’s experience with Capgemini or other similar shared service module of accounting function preferred.
  • College Graduate (Accounting/Finance)
  • Opera and Sun system knowledge
  • Accounts Payable and General Cashier experience
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
