Job summary

IFZA Partnership in Dubai is seeking a junior accounting professional to support daily financial operations. You will process transactions, post journal entries, and reconcile invoices while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will prepare aging reports, assist in monthly financial statements for customers, and contribute to continuous improvement within the SSC. A degree in accounting or finance and 1–2 years' experience, with native Chinese proficiency, are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
1–2 years accounting experience preferred.
Native Chinese speaker mandatory.
Detail oriented and organized.
Ability to operate effectively under demanding timelines.

Responsibilities

Process transactions according to procedures and record them accurately and timely.
Reconcile invoices and statements; investigate discrepancies.
Post journal transactions in line with double-entry bookkeeping.
Create and record aging reports; assist in monthly closings.
Support customers on financial packages and maintain relationships.
Implement documentation and promote operational efficiency per controls.
