The Job

Job Summary :

Our client is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Statement Preparation : Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting : Assist in the preparation and implementation of the hospital's budget.
• Financial Analysis : Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Accounting Operations : Oversee and perform various accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies.
• Audits : Assist with internal and external audits.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare and submit financial reports to management and regulatory agencies.
• Special Projects : Perform special projects as assigned by the CFO or Finance Director.

Working Conditions :

• Work Environment : Fast-paced hospital environment.
• Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day, with occasional evenings or weekends.

Salary and Benefits :

The Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• You have at least 2 years experience within a Account Manager or Accountant (General Ledger) role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech industry or Any industry.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
