Job description

Responsibilities

• Accurate Daily Accounting: Maintain precise uptodate financial records without delays.
• Financial Reporting: Provide management with timely financial information.
• Asset Protection: Ensure all company assets are safeguarded and properly insured.
• Monthly Financial Statements: Prepare and present these by the 7th of each month.
• Compliance and Legal: Handle all commercial legal and statutory requirements.
• Timely Payments and Collections: Ensure prompt payments to all suppliers and timely collection from tenants.
• Receivables Tracking: Provide weekly receivables statements with aging analysis for tenant dues.
• Cost Management: Promote cost awareness throughout the company.
• Corporate Governance: Actively support compliance with policies and procedures at all levels.
• Employee Motivation: Encourage and motivate employees to consistently perform at their best.
