Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Accurate Daily Accounting: Maintain precise up-to-date financial records without delays.
2. Financial Reporting: Provide management with timely financial information.
3. Asset Protection: Ensure all company assets are safeguarded and properly insured.
4. Monthly Financial Statements: Prepare and present these by the 7th of each month.
5. Compliance and Legal: Handle all commercial legal and statutory requirements.
6. Timely Payments and Collections: Ensure prompt payments to all suppliers and timely collection from tenants.
7. Receivables Tracking: Provide weekly receivables statements with aging analysis for tenant dues.
8. Cost Management: Promote cost awareness throughout the company.
9. Corporate Governance: Actively support compliance with policies and procedures at all levels.
10. Employee Motivation: Encourage and motivate employees to consistently perform at their best.
