Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

•Track and manage all company expenses and financial records

•Create invoices and financial statements

•File VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax laws

•Maintain financial health and budgeting for business operations

•Understand and implement corporate tax regulations

E-commerce Support:

•Assist in order processing, packaging coordination, and online dispatches

•Help manage online listings, basic stock updates, and reporting

•Collaborate with the team to improve digital workflows and platform performance

Sales & Brand Development:

•Support in-store customer interactions and contribute to sales when required

•Explain brand story, product features, and abaya designs to walk-in customers

•Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and brand visibility

•Assist in building brand awareness through personal interaction and in-store engagement initiatives

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Background in fashion, retail, or abaya industry

Previous experience in e-commerce support or operations

Interest in women’s fashion, modest wear, or abaya design

Previous experience with POS systems or customer service
