Job Description
  • Managing all aspects of financials in the restaurant industry
  • Ongoing daily bookkeeping
  • Negotiating prices with purchasers/support services
  • Handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Issuing invoices and tracking receivables
  • Maintaining financial records and preparing documents for annual statements
  • Tracking accounts payable and paying suppliers
  • Preparing financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Developing cost-saving strategies and ensuring financial success
  • Providing and explaining financial reports to management regularly
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements specific to restaurant operations
  • Managing daily cash flow and reconciling receipts
  • Conducting inventory audits and coordinating with kitchen staff
  • Developing and monitoring budgets
  • Processing payroll and ensuring legal compliance
  • Ensuring timely payments to vendors and accurate invoicing
  • Preparing tax filings and ensuring regulatory compliance
