Maseera in Dubai seeks an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage invoicing, collections, and receivables reconciliation across the Group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all records.

You will coordinate with project teams, commercial departments, and Finance to issue invoices, track payment milestones, monitor IPCs, variations, and final accounts, and drive cash flow improvements.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong collaboration across functions.

• Prepare and issue customer invoices based on contracts, payment milestones, and certified progress.
• Track Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), payment applications, variations, and final account settlements.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of invoices, credit notes, and customer receipts.

The role will ensure timely billing, accurate financial records, effective collection follow-ups, and improved cash flow, working closely with project teams, commercial departments, and Finance.
