A leading automotive company is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant & Payroll Officer in Dubai. This role combines accounting tasks with payroll processing, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Accounting or Finance, previous experience in accounting and payroll, and fluency in both English and Arabic. AutoHub is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant & Payroll Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role combines accounting responsibilities with payroll processing and employee-related administration.

About the Role

The role is responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, salary processing, and managing employee records, including leave balances, bonuses, and related matters. The position works closely with management to ensure accurate financial and employee administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries and financial records
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support closing activities
• Process monthly payroll, salaries, and bonuses
• Manage employee records, annual leave balances, and attendance data
• Coordinate employee-related financial matters and documentation
• Handle invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in accounting and payroll (UAE experience is a plus)
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE
