Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, including bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
3. Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
4. Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and other financial laws.
5. Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.
6. Collaborate with other departments to support business operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the trading or construction industry.
3. Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Excel. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
4. Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken), mastery of Chinese will be preferred.
5. Visa Status: Must be available in the UAE with a transferable visa.
