Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting tasks such as accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll specific to real estate operations
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports including budgets and forecasts
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance of real estate projects
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and real estate regulations
• Assist in the preparation for audits and ensure compliance with legal standards
• Provide financial insights to support property management and investment decisions
• Collaborate with property managers to track expenses and revenues
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in real estate accounting practices

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
