Ontime Group is seeking a meticulous Accountant for our Real Estate Holding Company. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the financial tasks and compliance associated with our real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports for real estate holdings
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank and investment accounts
  • Assist in the budgeting process and prepare financial forecasts
  • Ensure all financial activities adhere to local regulations and internal policies
  • Support the month-end close process by ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with property managers and external parties to gather financial data and analyze performance
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits, facilitating the assessment of financial controls
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, particularly in a real estate or holding company environment
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations specific to real estate
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelDetail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Crisp communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations is a plus
