Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an Accountant in Dubai, UAE to manage financial data, prepare statements, and support budgeting. This role requires a strong foundation in accounting and practical experience.

You will compile financial statements, monitor receivables and payables, prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management, and assist in tax filings. A Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 1–2 years of experience are required, along with a working permit in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping and financial analysis.
• Foreigner with working permit in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures.
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports to present to top management.
• Prepare annual budgets and support budget tracking and monitoring.
• Reconcile accounts (e.g. cash accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable).
• Review invoices and purchase orders for accuracy.
• Assist in tax preparation, filings, and audits.
