Job description

Financial management:

• Managing day-to-day transactions of the receivables department
• Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
• Managing weekly and monthly activities of the department

Reporting:

• Preparing and presenting all receivables reports accurately and in a timely manner (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Managing customer and salesman-related issues

Record management:

• Updating trackers and reconciling accounts regularly
• Maintaining all relevant documents
• Assisting in adhoc activities and reports as required
• Maintaining customer-related documents in compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Tally is essential
• Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Experience in preparing financial statements is preferred
