Accountant Cum Administrator
Job description
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Tally), petty cash, and bank coordination.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, facilitating timely payments and collections.
- Coordinate administrative functions, including office management and resource allocation, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, analyzing variances to optimize financial performance.
- Support payroll processing and employee record management, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall organizational productivity.
- Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and service providers.
- Assist senior management with admin and reporting tasks.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, providing a solid foundation in financial principles.
- Strong command of English, with additional language skills preferred to facilitate communication in diverse environments.
