Accountant / Cashier

Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily invoicing and billing operations.
2. Verify parts received against purchase orders and ensure accurate cost entry in the system.
3. Reconcile vendor invoices and cross-check prices with purchase and inventory records.
4. Maintain accurate records of parts movement and cost reflection in the system.
5. Assist with front desk cashier duties including receiving payments from customers and issuing receipts.
6. Coordinate with service advisors to ensure job card closing reflects accurate part usage and pricing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Background in accounting or finance.
2. Experience in automotive service centers is a plus.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Working knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems.
