Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Dubai is seeking an experienced Accountant & Administrator. You will handle daily accounting tasks, prepare financial statements, manage VAT filings, and provide general administrative support. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and proficiency in Tally are required. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices up to finalization.
  • Understanding of VAT and audit procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar combined role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Accountant & Administrator

Key Responsibilities :

Accounting Duties :

1.Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry and bookkeeping.

2.Maintain accounting records using Tally or similar accounting software.

3.Prepare and finalize financial statements and reports.

4.Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.

5.Assist with internal and external audit processes and documentation.

6.Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.

7.Monitor accounts payable and receivable.

Administrative Duties :

1.Provide general administrative support to various departments.

2.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

3.Manage office supplies, correspondence, and documentation.

4.Maintain proper filing systems for financial and administrative records.

5.Support HR and operations tasks when required.

Requirements :

1.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2.Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (especially Excel).

3.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices up to finalization.

4.Understanding of VAT and audit procedures.

5.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
