Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
  • Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry and bookkeeping.
  • Maintain accounting records using Tally or similar accounting software.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements and reports.
  • Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Assist with internal and external audit processes and documentation.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Administrative Duties
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Manage office supplies, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for financial and administrative records.
  • Support HR and operations tasks when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices up to finalization.
  • Understanding of VAT and audit procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar combined role is preferred.
