Job summary

An educational organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced accountant to handle financial reporting, budgeting, and audits. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, 2 years of experience in the UAE, and good knowledge of UAE Tax requirements. This full-time position offers a salary range of AED 4000 - AED 5000.

Job description

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing
• Reimbursements
• Payroll
• Bank reconciliation
• Budgeting
• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
• Prepare tax documents
• Compile and analyze financial statements
• Manage budgeting and forecasting
• Other administrative duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (OR HIGHER) in Accounting or related field
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Must have

• Minimum 2 years experience as an accountant within the UAE
• Good knowledge of UAE Tax requirements

Salary
