Key Responsibilities:

Financial Transaction Management: Record financial transactions using software like QuickBooks or Xero to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Ledger and Journal Maintenance: Maintain accurate and detailed ledgers and journals to track financial activities.
Payroll Processing: Process payroll, update inventory and assets, and reconcile bank and credit statements in a timely and efficient manner.
Tax Support: Assist with tax registration and support multiple client accounts to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Data Accuracy and Security: Ensure data accuracy, perform regular backups, and digitize documents to maintain confidentiality and integrity.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Tax, Law, or Finance from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Xero.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Language Skills: Language skills in Punjabi, Marathi, and Gujarati are preferred but not mandatory.
