Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience using Zoho Books to join our dynamic auditing firm. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining financial records, supporting audit processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards. Your familiarity with Zoho Books will be essential in streamlining bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client data management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions using Zoho Books
• Set up and maintain client accounts including chart of accounts, invoicing, and bank feeds
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and reconciliations
• Assist in planning and executing internal and external audits
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory compliance
• Monitor accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements with Zoho Books data
• Assist clients with migration to Zoho Books and provide user support where needed
• Work closely with audit and tax teams to provide accurate data and reports
• Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards (GAAP / IFRS)

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1 3+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Zoho Books is a must
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in preparing and supporting audits
• Knowledge of tax regulations and statutory compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Zoho applications is a plus
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously
