Job Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  2. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings, providing actionable insights to management.
  3. Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and compliance with tax regulations.
  4. Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing, while advising on tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
  5. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries promptly.
  6. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
  7. Identify and pursue process improvements and automation opportunities within the accounting function to boost productivity.
  8. Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt invoicing, collection, and efficient cash flow management.
  9. Assist in budget and forecast preparation, collaborating with departments to align financial goals with organizational strategy.
  10. Conduct account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is desirable.
