Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software/ERP.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and journal entries.
• Maintain the general ledger and update records regularly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and planning.
• Prepare VAT documentation and ensure UAE tax compliance.
• Assist audits with accurate records and documents.
• Coordinate with departments on payments, billing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system
• Manage accounts payable accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
• Prepare invoices receipts payment vouchers and journal entries accurately
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounting records are updated regularly
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for management
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and financial planning activities
• Prepare VAT documentation and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records and supporting documents
• Coordinate with various departments regarding payments billing and financial documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or a related field
• 2 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
