We are seeking a Chinese-speaking Accountant to join our finance team at a major EPC contractor specializing in Downstream Oil & Gas projects. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of global-scale projects, alongside industry leaders, in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle project-based accounting in compliance with international and local financial standards
• Prepare financial reports, track project costs, and manage budgets across multiple entities
• Liaise with Chinese stakeholders, vendors, and JV partners on financial matters
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and month-end closings
• Collaborate closely with procurement and project controls teams on job costing and forecasting

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) — essential
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in an EPC or Oil & Gas project environment
• Prior experience working outside of China is highly desirable
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Excel
• Strong understanding of international accounting standards and cross-border transactions
