We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, prepare accurate reports, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, along with proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
Maintain general ledger and reconcile bank statements.
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends or discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Collaborate with external auditors and support the audit process.
Prepare tax returns and ensure timely tax payments.
Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls.

Requirements:
