Job description

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Monitor project budgets and track actual costs against estimates.

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in compliance with UAE regulations and VAT laws.

Process payroll and employee reimbursements.

Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review.

Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and payments to vendors.

Perform cost control and financial analysis of ongoing construction projects.

Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems) for efficient financial management

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
