Responsibilities


  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations across several entities.

  • Oversee invoicing and collections, ensuring compliance with client contracts and milestones.

  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, journals, and month-end close activities.

  • Handle VAT, WHT, GST, and TDS compliance across multiple countries.

  • Support statutory audits and financial reporting.

  • Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency across the finance function.


Qualifications


  • A degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce and 5+ years’ professional experience.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems and advanced Excel.

  • Exposure to multi-country operations and foreign currency accounting.

  • Hands-on experience with tax compliance in UAE and Saudi Arabia.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
