Hiring Finance and Banking Coordinator - Accountant - Dubai - Permanent job

Job location: Dubai

Job type: Permanent

Job title: Finance and Banking Coordinator (Exchange House / Exchange broker experience is must)

Good Hands on experience in trade-related transactions ( from the Exchange House to the Banking system)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle coordination tasks and has strong familiarity with banking operations in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be capable of managing communications and documentation with multiple banks.
  • Understand how to prepare and submit documents for trade-related transactions.
  • Have practical knowledge of remittance procedures and banking workflows.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments, especially logistics, sales, and operations, to ensure smooth financial workflows and support cross-functional processes.
  • Assist in internal coordination tasks related to financial and administrative operations.
  • Prior experience working with exchange houses or remittance companies would be a strong advantage, as it can significantly enhance efficiency in handling our payment and settlement processes.
