Accountant

Responsibilities

• Invoice posting, analyse and post Journal entries.
• Reconcile Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
• Reconcile Bank Account/s & Petty Cash.
• Coordinate with vendors for Invoice queries & issues.
• Monitor Open Purchase Orders & Pending Invoices.
• Prepare schedules for Monthly Amortization & Accruals.
• Provide support to the department during audits.
• Assist in documenting the department's processes.
• Can independently carry out monthly & year end closing.
• MIS Reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance / accountancy.
• Holding more than 5 years experience in a similar role within Accounting & Finance.
• Detail-oriented.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• Agility and adaptability.
• Cross-functional collaboration.
