Accountant

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Accounting of Petty Cash on Day to Day basis
Maintenance of Bank Book & Bank Reconciliation on Monthly basis
Accounting of Expenses on Day to Day basis as an when Occurred
Prepares Assets, Liabilities, and Capital Account Entries by compiling & analyzing account information
Negotiating with Suppliers in respect of Financial Transactions regarding Rates & Payment Terms
Management of Sundry Debtors & Sundry Creditors with Ageing Analysis
Payments pertaining to Salaries, Commissions, other Expenses, Payments to Suppliers etc. as per due dates assigned
Maintenance & recording of entire Income & Expenses in Accounting Software on Day to Day basis
Prepares Financial Reports, Statement of Accounts by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information & trends
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
Liaison with External Auditors for the Annual Audit
Managing the entire gamut of Financial & Accounting Activities
