The primary responsibilities include posting and processing journal entries to record all business transactions, updating accounts receivable, issuing invoices, performing reconciliations, and updating accounts payable. The role also involves assisting in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with legal and company accounting standards. Additionally, the candidate will review expenses and maintain accurate financial data in databases for immediate access. Reports should be prepared and submitted weekly and monthly. The candidate will also assist in monthly and annual closings under the guidance of the chief accountant.
