Job Description

We’re looking for an operational, detail-oriented accountant to join our fast-paced investment firm in Dubai. This is a hands-on accounting role where you’ll take ownership of core financial operations, support automation initiatives, and help ensure our books are clean, reconciled, and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily and monthly accounting operations
  • Track investor capital, fees, expenses, and payouts
  • Perform reconciliations across Binance, company bank accounts, and Zoho Books
  • Support Zoho Books implementation and automation (in coordination with Zoho’s tech team)
  • Track performance fees, NAV, and P&L summaries
  • Generate cash flow and variance reports for management
  • Ensure VAT, compliance records, and invoices are well-organized
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar tools
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and standard accounting tasks (reconciliations, journal entries, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of Binance, crypto wallets, or fintech platforms
  • Highly organized, self-managed, and detail-focused
  • Bonus: Experience in startups, trading desks, or investment funds
