We are a High-End Solution provider for Audio Video, Home Cinema & Home Automation systems. We offer Turn-key solution for high end residential & commercial projects all around the world. Our company is looking for an Accountant.
Responsibilities
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and preparing financial statements. Ensure transactions are accurately recorded and entered in the accounting system Zoho Books. Maintaining day to day accounting and banking activities with General Accounting, Bookkeeping, pass accounting entries, payments, invoicing and journal entries.
- Petty Cash Management: Accurate recording, managing & tallying petty cash. Handling day to day expenses & reports from staff, segregating expenses per project and generate reports accordingly.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the development and management of budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance against targets.
- Tax Compliance: Ensuring accurate and timely preparation and filing of tax returns, both for the company and potentially for individuals. Solid knowledge of VAT & Corporate Tax regulations in UAE
- Document Management: Maintain financial files and records properly in organized manner.
- Auditing: Participating in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Perform month-end bank reconciliation statement and review.
- Strategic Planning: Providing financial insights and contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
Skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, financial modeling, and data analysis. Excellent academic background.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and interpret results.
- Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal communication skills (English) to effectively communicate financial information to various stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ethical Conduct: Adherence to ethical principles and professional standards in all financial matters. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive and tactful manner. Adhere to strict confidentiality involving, staffing concerns, internal/external.
