Innovations Group UAE is seeking a diligent Accounts Assistant for a temporary position of 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The ideal candidate will assist in daily accounting operations, maintain organized documentation, and support the finance team. Applicants must hold a degree in Accounting or Finance, have 1-2 years of relevant experience, and be available to join immediately. The role offers a monthly salary between AED 3,000 and AED 4,000.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting support or clerical role.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and document filing procedures.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Must be available to join immediately and based in the UAE.

  • Assist in handling accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting records such as vouchers, receipts, invoices, and statements.
  • Organize and update both hard copy and digital files to ensure a structured and efficient retrieval system.
  • Ensure timely access to records for internal departments, auditors, or external parties when required.
  • Follow company policies on document handling, archiving, and confidentiality.
  • Support the finance team with any other clerical or administrative accounting tasks as assigned.
