About The Role

The Accountant will report to the Assistant Director of Finance and is responsible for tasks based on the Capgemini Business Process Outsource (BPO) module of shared services, Pay Master General Cashier, AP.

What You Will Do

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Train operations on standard accounting practices as needed.
• Work in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.
• Adapt responsibilities as required, as the office structure may vary.
• Ensure all payments are made correctly and with the correct authorization (approved PO), evidence of receipt, invoice, or delivery slip.
• Verify supplier statement reconciliation with Capgemini team.
• Handle daily operations related to AP section and income section with Capgemini team.
• Perform daily reviews for house charge checks and complementary rooms.
• Conduct daily audits for all revenue streams with the help of Capgemini team.
• Monitor all food and beverage controls to ensure compliance with Four Seasons policies and procedures.
• Coordinate, attend, and monitor all food and beverage physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Verify, extend, and tabulate inventories and prepare monthly inventory adjustments journal entries.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance, or direct manager.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to tasks.
• High understanding and knowledge of Accounting/Finance systems & processes.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
