A leading company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced accountant to manage financial records and ensure accurate reporting. The role involves processing financial transactions, preparing reports, and conducting reconciliations. Ideal candidates should have a strong accounting background, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.
1.Process receipts and journal vouchers by accurately entering transaction details into the accounting system, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and properly filed.
2.Prepare the company’s Profit and Loss Account report.
3.Record transactions for company’s properties.
4.Book expenses and accruals.
5.Monthly transfer of cheques from "Checks Under Collection" to the bank account.
6.Perform monthly reconciliation of cheques under collection with the bank PDC list.
7.Conduct bank reconciliations.
8.Maintain records of lease agreements and track accounts receivable for all properties.
9.Process security deposit refund payments to tenants.
10.Maintain the accrual and prepayments.
11.Record company’s property management fees and other charges.
12.Coordinate and communicate with the real estate teams.
