Accountant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are looking for an experienced accountant to join our Abu-Dhabi team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, analytical thinker with the ability to interpret financial information and make decisions based on data. They should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, be well versed in taxation laws and familiar with industry best practices.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and at least 3 years of experience in the field. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential for this role. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is also critical for this position.

The accountant will be responsible for:

1. Maintaining accurate financial records
2. Preparing financial reports
3. Analyzing data
4. Reconciling accounts
5. Preparing tax returns
6. Providing advice to management on financial matters
7. Recommending cost-saving measures where appropriate
8. Ensuring accuracy of ledger entries and financial statements in compliance with applicable laws/regulations/policies/standards
