• Arabic speaker required.
• CPA or other relevant certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and customized reports to support decision-making.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their questions and ensuring they feel supported.
• Identify discrepancies and provide solutions to maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Track and record expenses related to shipping/energy operations, including fuel, maintenance, and labor costs.
